My show was on in the afternoons between 2 and 4pm. I still do some behind the scenes work but am taking a break from frontline broadcasting for a short while. Every now and again will still cover some of the programmes.</div> <bR> <div> My programme, then named, the Smarter Workday PM, featured local and well know people from the world of entertainment and from the world of food. I generally had a couple of guests drop in a day. Some of my guests were regulars.
